Family Reunion kicked off with its first special guest speaker on Saturday in front of a packed crowd. Guests who registered before December 15, 2010 were treated to speaker, and best-selling author Daniel Pink. His latest book, *Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us* shows us that the secret to high performance and satisfaction in today's world is the deeply human need to direct our own lives, to learn and create new things, and to do better by ourselves and our world.

Pink highlighted the importance of finding the real path to purpose, autonomy and mastery.

Cody Gibson, team leader of the Vancouver, WA market center quickly recapped the session!
