Keller Williams Family Reunion is the largest training event in the real estate industry. This year will mark the largest Family Reunion in event history. Get excited!

First Things First – Print Your Badge NOW

For your convenience, ensure to print your name badge at home. You will receive an email with instructions on how. The Customer Service Desk will be open for answering questions, making registration changes and for purchasing various social and KW Marketplace (exhibit hall) passes.

The Customer Service Desk will be located in the KW Marketplace in Hall G. Desk hours are:

Friday – 4:00PM – 7:00PM* *(Transfers & Badge Changes ONLY)

Saturday – 10:00AM – 6:00PM

Sunday – 8:00AM – 6:00PM

Monday – 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Tuesday – 8:00AM – 9:30AM

Arrive to sessions EARLY if you want to get a good seat. How early? Thirty minutes to an hour should secure you a decent spot toward the middle. Yes, arrive early even for the 7:30 a.m. breakout sessions.

Enjoy the KW Marketplace. Make sure you take some time to walk the KW Marketplace and check out the latest offerings by some of the best vendors in our industry. Set a budget and have a plan. Convention Center Tips
  1. Dress in layers and bring a jacket. It can be very cold inside convention centers.
  2. Pack water, snacks and hand sanitizer in your bag so you are always prepared.
  3. Wear comfortable shoes.
