Envisioned by Gary Keller, KW Kids Can (KWKC) is an educational nonprofit founded with the belief that the cultivation of a growth mindset needs to begin early in life. The program leverages the incredible success of Keller Williams, bringing its strengths in education and training to the next generation of leaders.
Nikki Ubaldini, facilitator of the Family Reunion breakout session “Impact Your Community (And Your Business) with KW Kids Can,” understands this firsthand.
As a Keller Williams University Master Faculty Trainer, Ubaldini is well versed in the company’s educational offerings.
Now a QL instructor and KW Kids Can board member, Ubaldini is introducing the young adults in her community to many of the same concepts and principles that have positively impacted the lives of Keller Williams associates for more than 20 years.
QL: A World-Changer Mindset
Adapted from Gary Keller’s productivity and life lessons course Quantum Leap, QL is KW Kids Can’s inaugural learning program. Designed specifically for young adults exiting high school, attending college or new to the workforce, QL empowers students to live life to its absolute fullest.
QL has nothing to do with real estate, nor is affiliation with Keller Williams required to attend.
Changing the World Starts Here
Through personal stories, thought-provoking examples and proven models, QL instructors like Ubaldini and session panelists Seth Campbell, Brentin Hess, John Newman and Margot Weatherford are helping students unearth their personal mission and begin living a life of intention.
Each of these individuals enthusiastically signed up to be in the first group of instructors because they felt a deep connection with the content. Their desire to “come from a place of contribution” was a shared sentiment among panelists.
For Ubaldini, it was about her deep rooted conviction she was put this on earth to do more than just take care of herself. “KW Kids Can is an opportunity to mold future leaders. They’ll still have to learn their own life lessons, but they’ll start to see these them as challenges and not road blocks.” she explained.
As the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams South Florida region, Ubaldini goes to great lengths to empower her associates. Her efforts to empower kids takes this commitment on a whole new level.
By bringing QL to her market centers, she’s found the children of her agents gain a greater understanding and appreciation for what their parents do and why. “It has helped families bond and completely altered the conversation around the dinner table,” said Ubaldini.
Other panelists remarked on the fact that by teaching these principles, they’re becoming better communicators and finding it easier to tap into the needs of their clients.
How You Can Get Involved
- Become a QL Instructor
KW Kids Can is introducing students to concepts and principles unlike anything they’ve come across in a traditional classroom. You can change lives by engaging young adults in your community in conversations that matter. For full details visit kwkc.org/newinstructor.
- Advocate on Behalf of KW Kids Can
While many individuals wholeheartedly support this mission, not everyone wants to be the person in the front of the classroom. The most successful QL instructors have the support of a passionate committee within their market center.
- Invite Students to Attend QL
There are bound to be young adults in your life whose success matters to you. Invite them to experience QL. Instructors are already teaching in communities across the US and Canada. Search upcoming events at kwkc.org/events.
- Help Fund the Mission
Your gift will enable KW Kids Can to engage our youth and help them self-discover their big mission in life. You can directly support this organization by championing fundraising efforts within your market center and donating directly through Greensheets.
