With the baby boomer generation transitioning into retirement, millennials are poised to take over both the workforce and the home market in the near future.

By 2020, more than 46 percent of the workforce is expected to be comprised of millennials, and by 2025, that number climbs to 75 percent. More diverse and more educated than their predecessors, millennials tend to be driven by purpose in their work, valuing loyalty, integrity and customer care as the highest indicators of long-term business success.

More millennial workers means more generational purchasing power, and that power has already created waves in the real estate industry, with millennials representing the largest single group of home buyers at 35 percent. But according to statistics from the National Association of REALTORS®, 68 percent of these tech-savvy young spenders only contact one agent when buying that home, opting to skip shopping around for the best agent to fit their needs.

In three years, when nearly half of the workforce is millennials, will your team be ready to attract these purpose-driven young achievers as associates or clients?

QL Students.jpgKWKC's QL program offers the tools to do just that by providing the platform through which Keller Williams Realty can be positioned as the place in the community where young leaders and entrepreneurs are trained and equipped for success.

Even though not every young entrepreneur will be interested in a real estate career,  many will still be in the market to buy a home. The Quantum Leap program assists in attracting both these segments to Keller Williams, whether as talent or home buyers. And the person they are most likely to reach out to just might be the agent who exposed them to the life-changing material found in Quantum Leap.
